Butter Cream Cake

Amacam my deco??ader improved x?huhu...ni la deco yg plg simple n tah pe2 je..Tgh blaja lagi nak deco2 cake ni..Boleh tahan jugak la susah nyer..Nak betul2 kan yg senget2 tu..adeh..Ni kek pakai sponge cake je..Pastu cari resipi buttercream nyer dekat mamafami nyer fotopages. Nak tau x??ini butter cream x cpt muak tau...compare ngn butter icing(kwn2 adik ckp) sbb kasi diaorg makan huhu...

VIENNA CREAM (Naseem's class)

Ingredients :
125g / 4 oz butter
1 1/2 cups icing sugar ~ sifted
2 tablespoons fresh milk
Vanilla essence

Method :
1. Beat butter till soft.
2. Add in icing sugar
3. Add in fresh milk, ONLY IF the icing is hard

Note :
It is important to sift icing sugar before using.
When I make my butter icing, I don't normally follow any recipes. I just beat enough butter, essence and add icing sugar until I am satisfied with the sweetness. I don't like my icing to be too sweet.
