Pandan Layer Cake


Pandan layer cake ni mmg besh..Lulus dah tau uat sponge cake..Ni kes..slu failed..pastu aritu da p kedai bakery..Mama tgk and suh kite p masuk class uat sponge cake..Kes slu merungut x lulus hahaha...Lastly..p blaja laa...tapi dia ajar Yam cake..Takpe..basic nyer sama..using sponge mix cake jugak..yang besh..Dah pass tau! hepi x leh nk ckp hehe..Pe lagi..eksperimen lol...huihui.. Tapi ni pakai resipi Lilydvalley @myresipi.com

Bahan-bahan ( 8 in )
  • Cake:
  • -250 gm sponge cake mix
  • -4 biji telur
  • -50 ml air
  • -50 gm corn oil
  • -1 teaspoon ovallate
  • -2 tablespoon pandan juice - blh guna pandan emulco/paste
  • Pandan fudge:
  • -400ml coconut milk
  • -300ml plain water
  • -3 tsp agar2 powder
  • -50 ml pandan juice
  • 6 tbspn hoen kee bean flour ( green color)
  • -180gm sugar
  • Desiccated coconut (for topping)

Cara-cara

  1. SpongeCake:- Mix all ingredients into the mixer bowl and cream in high speed for 6-8 mins.
  2. -Pour mixture into an 8" pan and bake in preheated oven at 180C for 50mins.
  3. Sponge_cake
    When the cake is completely cool, slice the cake into 3 layers.
  4. Dissolve green bean flour into the pandan juice, make sure it is not lumpy.
  5. Add coconut milk, water,sugar and agar-agar powder into a pot. Heat with a low fire. Keep stirring while heating.
  6. When milk is just about to boil, pour in the green bean flour mixture. Stir well and keep whisking until mixture a bit thick. Off the stove.
  7. Allow this fudge to cool down slightly and thicken.
  8. Layer1
    Spread some fudge onto the first layer of cake.
  9. Layer3
    Top with the second layer of cake. Repeat until you have 3 layers of cake and two layers of fudge. Coat the whole cake with the remaining pandan fudge.
  10. Dessicated
    Sprinkle desiccated coconut on top and around sides of cake and chilled in the fridge before serving.
Note : I x sapu custard tu cam lily nyer..I pakai version i blaja..Letak sedikit air dalam loyang. i mean basahkan loyang tu..and tinggalkan sedikit air. Kemudian baru letakkan custard tu skit2.. letak kek..pastu..letak custard lagi..( penuhkan bahagian tepi dlu..baru part tengah) Ini supaya tak da lubang2 nanti tepi nyer tu..Buat la sehingga lapisan ke tiga dan letakan sedikit air pula kat tepi2 custard tu..Sejukkan dalam esbox dan terbalikkan nyer..Nanti ia akan senang terkeluar..sebab tadi dah letak air kan dlm loyang. Ini utk memudahkan kek ni keluar dari loyang actually.
