Insyallah pisau mesin itu akan menjadi tajam.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Hilangkan Bau Cili Pada Mesin Pengisar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sementara itu,untuk menghilangkan bau cili dari mesin pengisar,kisar beberapa keping biskut untuk beberapa minit. Bau cili akan diserap oleh biskut.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Kentang Tahan Lama&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kentang akan layu sekiranya terlalu lama disimpan.Untuk mengatasnya,belilah kentang yang segar dan baik.Setelah itu,rendam kentang dalam air panas sebentar. Angat dan keringkan. Insyallah kentang anda akan tetap segar meskipun telah lama disimpan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Sedapkan Ayam Goreng&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Perapkan ayam bersama kunyit,halia dan beberapa ulas bawang putih yang sudah ditumbuk lumat.Tambah sedikit garam dan serbuk perasa. Biarkan beberapa minit.Goreng ayam dengan api perlahan sehingga masak dan ranggup.Lagi bertambah menyelerakan jika dihidangkan dengan nasi putih dan sedikit sayur campur.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Kelapa Parut Hilangkan Bau Nasi Hangit&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nasi yang hangit memang tidak enak lagi dimakan tetapi jangan pula cepat dibuang.Ambil sedikit kelapa parut,ikat dalam kain putih yang bersih. Timbuskan ke dalam nasi. Perlahankan api,denga cara ini nasi boleh dimakan dan ia masak dengan sempurna.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Goreng Hati Ayam.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sesetengah kita takut untuk menggoreng kerana percikan minyak yang panas terutama sekali apabila menggoreng hati ayam.Untuk mengelakkan ini terjadi,cubalah petua ini.Hati ayam hendaklah dibasuh bersih. Kemudian biarkan berendam dalam air perahan asam jawa seketika. Selepas itu,bilas semula dengan air bersih. Insyallah pasti hati ayam tidak meletup ketika digoreng.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Hilangkan Bau Rebung&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Untuk menghilangkan bau rebung yang kurang meyenangkan,cuba petua ini. Mula-mula campurkan kira-kira satu sudu teh kapur sirih ke dalam air. Biarkan beberapa minit. Selepas itu, ambil air jernih untuk mencuci rebung.Insyallah bau rebung hilang dan rasanya enak.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Cara Meyimpan Udang&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sekiranya tidak mempunyai peti ais,tentu menjadi masalah untuk menyimpan bahan-bahan dapur khususnya bahan basah seperti udang. Tapi jangan risau,anda boleh mencuba petua ini. Langkah pertama,cuci udang sehingga bersih dan toskan sehingga airnya kering.Gaulkan udang dengan sedikit gula dan simpankan didalam bekas yang tertutup rapat. Insyallah udang itu akan tetap segar meskipun disimpan sehingga dua hari.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Mengupas Telur&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rebus telur itu dalam jumlah yang banyak. Masukkan kulit kentang dan kulit bawang merah bersama kentang dalam air rebusan. Rebus seperti biasa. Pasti telur itu lebih mudah dikupas.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Bersihkan Kesan Hangus&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Campurkan sedikit serbuk penaik bersama sedikit air di dalam sebuah bekas. Biarkan selama beberapa jam. Kemudian bolehlah digunakan untuk mencuci periuk seperti biasa.Selamat tinggal kerja-kerja menyental!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;SayurKembali Segar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jika sayur disimpan beberapa hari dalam peti ais,kesegaran sayur itu akan hilang. Untuk mengembalikan kesegarannya,rendam sayur ke dalam air yang dicampurkan sedikit cuka selama beberapa minit. Kotoran pada sayur juga dapat dihilangkan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Membuang Bau Ikan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sebelum memasak apa-apa jenis ikan,perlulah kita membuang bau hanyir ikan.Caranya ialah dengan memerah limau kasturi dan lumurkan pada badan ikan selama 2 minit. Selepas itu,basuh dengan dengan bersih.Insyallah bau hanyir itu akan hilang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Hilangkan Lumpur Pada Kerang&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Untuk membersihkan satu persatu sememangnya mengambil masa yang lama. Untuk memudahkan kerja-kerja pembuangan lumpur yang melekat ini,caranya ialah dengan memasukkan kerang ke dalam besen yang berisi air dan kemudian ramas kerang tadi dengan menggunakan surat khabar. Ramas dalam masa 5-10minit dan bilas.Insyallah lumpur tadi akan hilang keseluruhannya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Hilangkan Bau Hanyir Hati Ayam&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bersihkan hati ayam. Letakkan semua hati ayam itu ke dalam satu bekas dan letakkan sedikit tepung gandum dan gaulkan. Biarkan seketika. Kemudian bersihkan dengan air sehingga tiada kesan tepung tadi. Tumiskan bawang merah yang diblend tadi sehingga kekuningan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan cili kering dan cili boh. Salutkan ayam tadi dengan bahan2 ini.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Panaskan minyak dah gorengkan sampai kekuningan. color: rgb(51, 102, 255);"&gt;Skyblue&lt;/span&gt; atas resipi ini..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="bahan"&gt; &lt;h3&gt;Bahan-bahan ( 15 biji )&lt;/h3&gt; &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;Doh A:&lt;/b&gt; &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;120g tepung gandum, diayak &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;60g shortening &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;Doh B:&lt;/b&gt; &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;120g tepung gandum, diayak &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;30g gula icing &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;30g shortening  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;60ml air &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;Inti:&lt;/b&gt; &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3/4 cawan kacang hijau yang tidak berkulit (rendam selama 2-3 jam, dikukus bersama sedikit air dan dikisar halus) &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 sb minyak masak &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 sb bawang kecil yg telah dicincang &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 cawan gula halus (boleh ditambah atau dikurangkan) &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 sk garam &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 sk kulit oren yg telah dicincang &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;Lain:&lt;/b&gt; &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 biji telur (untuk sapu) &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Biji bijan secukupnya (optional) &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt; &lt;/div&gt;   &lt;h3 class="heading"&gt;Cara-cara &lt;/h3&gt; &lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;   &lt;b&gt;Untuk Inti:&lt;/b&gt;  Masukkan gula, garam dan kacang yg telah dikisar ke dalam mangkuk besar. Gaulkan sehingga sebati dan diketepikan.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Panaskan minyak dalam kuali, goreng bawang kecil sehingga harum dan warna keperangan. Keluarkan bawang dan diketepikan. Masukkan kulit oren dan campuran kacang ke dalam kuali. Gorengkan kacang sambil kacau sehingga kacang itu jadi agak kering (boleh buat bebola).  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Matikan api. Masukkan bawang kecil tadi dan gaulkan sehingga rata. Setelah inti dah sejuk, bahagikan inti kepada 15 bebola yg sama saiz.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;   &lt;b&gt;Untuk Doh:&lt;/b&gt; Doh A dan doh B disediakan berasingan TAPI degan cara yg sama. Satukan bahan2 untuk doh, gaulkan sehingga rata dan canaikan sehingga mendapat doh yg agak lembut. Tutup doh degan kain lembab atau plastic wrap dan biarkan selama 30 minit. Bahagikan setiap doh kepada 15 bebola yg sama saiz. (15 biji doh A dan 15 biji doh B)  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;   Ambil sebiji doh B, leperkan dan letak sebiji doh A ditengah2. Balut doh A degan doh B untuk satukan doh A dan B.   &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Canaikan doh tadi kepada saiz 15 x 3 cm (approx.), lepas itu gulungkan doh dari bahagian yg pendek. Ulang langkah ini sekali lagi.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Canaikan doh kepada bentuk bulat (10 cm diameter), letak sebiji inti kacang ditengah2 dan balutkan. Ulang langkah 5 - 7 sehingga habis.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;   Sapukan setiap tau sa piah degan telur, taburkan sedikit biji bijan diatas.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;   Panaskan oven kepada 180degC. Gaulkan sehingga sebati. Masukkan lagi tepung sedikit demi sedikit sehingga menjadi doh. Uli doh sehingga permukaan ia jadi licin dan tidak melekat pada tangan.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; Tutup mangkuk dengan kain lembab atau plastic wrap dan biarkan pada suhu bilik sehingga naik dua kali ganda. Bagi yg ada breadmaker, boleh sediakan doh dlm bread maker macam buat roti.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Taburkan sedikit tepung di atas papan canai, canaikan doh tadi kepada ketebalan 1/2 inci. Potong 'donut' dengan donut cutter. Bagi yg takde dunut cutter (macam sy), bahagikan doh kepada 18 bahagian yg seimbang. Bulatkan doh, buat lobang ditengah-tengah degan jari.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;   Tutup donut dengan kain kering dan rehat selama 30 minit atau sehingga naik dua kali ganda.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Panaskan minyak. Goreng donut dengan api kecil atau sederhana sehingga perang keemasan. Jangan guna api besar, nanti doh kat dalam tak masak.  &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;   Toskan minyak.
